Asvah & Volo Club

Asvah is a cafe, a bistro, an international creative studio and a place to enjoy an aperitif by the beach.  

The idea that we had when we renovated the space was to have small intimate spaces where people could enjoy a carefully curated menu in a setting that is very casual but where every detail has been carefully thought out.  The furniture is colonial, the colours, pastel and the vibe, bobo chic.  The cafe features a menu that is easy to enjoy, with carefully selected local produce and cooked with utmost love by chef vivek.  It faces a very blue swimming pool covered by green, all the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon or an enjoyable evening in the right company or in one's own company.  We have a two roof top terraces, one that serves only tapas and cocktails that over look the sea and the other terrace features a fine dining only menu with only 6 tables. Asvah also has a cigar bar and a little book shop, a paradise for book lovers, we only sell coffee table books by the publisher Taschen.

Sectio Aurea: Custom-made men's footwear

"Sectio Aurea" is a new project by Alessio Comalli in collaboration with Volo Lifestyle Studio dedicated to the construction of customized men's footwear. 250 pages, images and drawings selected in a story of sophisticated elegance: the poetic narration of an art, that of footwear, which has always distinguished the excellence of a timeless artisan product. Made in one of the most important shops in Parma, the book "Sectio Aurea" describes step by step that process of artisanal alchemy, gestures and traditional celebrations in the interpretation of one of the most eloquent manufacturing models in the world. The custom-made men's footwear, modeled and shaped in the hands of master craftsmen becomes art creation, soul and artistic expression of a daily and essential luxury.

"The perfect proportions of the Vitruvian man, the arrangement of the seeds within a flower, the sequence of prime numbers, as the right proportions that a shoe must have. "With these premises we exhibited the construction of men's footwear at the Giacopelli workshop in Parma. 10,000 images taken and more than 60 drawings selected to compose a unique project: telling the tradition and excellence of a made in Italy craftsman product.
